I build AI-driven workflow automation — from a production AI Answer Engine to internal agentic tooling — with a track record of scoping responsible AI boundaries and validating model quality before launch.

I'm skilled at translating complex data and technical capabilities into clear product strategy and tools that non-technical users can actually use, working embedded with engineers, data scientists, and client-facing teams across Legal, Privacy, Trust, and GTM.
My career started in UK public service — leading digital services for local government, a national trade department, and Tesco — before moving into enterprise SaaS at Bluebeam and, most recently, BlackLine. That path gave me a genuine understanding of how mission-driven organizations operate under deadline pressure with limited resources, and I'm committed to progressive causes as a result.
Outside of product work, I volunteer as an Associate Podcast Producer for Fair Trade Los Angeles, supporting their mission to promote ethical business practices and social enterprise.
